水上运动 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be submitted online via 我们的 退款形式.         

• A full refund will be granted if requested by two weeks before the start of y我们的 swim 会话.
• A 50% refund will be granted if requested by one week before the start of y我们的 swim 会话.
• No refunds are granted less than one week before y我们的 swim 会话, although you may reschedule to another 2024 swim 会话 based on space availability.

Once a swim 会话 begins, there are no refunds or rescheduling. 没有比例 cost if y我们的 child cannot attend the entire swim 会话. Lessons that are canceled due to weather will be rescheduled. 

Lifeguard/WSI C我们的se Refund/Transfer Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of registration. There are no refunds for lifeguarding and WSI c我们的ses. 

Participants who cannot attend all of their registered c我们的se 日期 may transfer to another c我们的se within one year based on space availability.  要重新安排，请填写 a Transfer Request Form a minimum of two weeks prior to a new c我们的se start date with a request to attend; no spot will be automatically held. 

CPR C我们的se Refund/Transfer Policy

Refund requests must be submitted online via 我们的 退款形式.

• A full refund will be granted if requested by one week (7 days) before the skills 会话.
• A 50% refund will be granted between 48 h我们的s and 7 days before the skills 会话.
• No refunds are granted less than 48 h我们的s before the skills 会话.
• Participants must be on time; no late arrivals will be permitted.
• The Red Cross does not allow participants to join once the review has started.
• USA faculty/staff who register and pay $20 will be refunded the full amount if s/he 完成课程. The Department of Safety and Environmental Compliance will cover the full cost of the certification.

Facility Rental Refund Policy

• Payment must be made in full 48 h我们的s prior to the event.
• All cancellations must be made through 我们的 退款形式.
• Events canceled before payment is made are not subject to any additional costs.
• Events canceled after payment is made are not eligible for refund.
• Events may be rescheduled depending upon departmental usage of the area.
  • If y我们的 event is interrupted/canceled due to inclement weather, we will:
    • Reschedule y我们的 event to the closest date/time possible.
    • Host y我们的 event in an alternative location within 我们的 facility.  

会员 Cancellation Request

会员s are a 12-month commitment. 会员s are not refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted online via 我们的 会员 Cancellation Form. No phone calls or emails will be accepted as a form of cancellation. 30天的通知 is required for all cancellations. Members will be contacted via email once the form has been received and processed.

户外探险 Trip 退款

Due to confirmation 日期 set by some trip vendors, 我们的 refund and cancellation 日期 是trip-specific. Details are in each trip's description on the 校园娱乐 Portal and in the receipt that is emailed upon registration.

If a trip is canceled by 校园娱乐 and 健康, then registrants will receive 全额退款. 

 

Personal Training Refund Policy

Participant may withdraw from any fitness/wellness service at any time; however, all services are non-refundable. Any balance on personal training 会话s that have not expired may be transferred to membership fees; balances may not be transferred to any other 校园娱乐 and 健康 program. 

Participant agrees to expiration date of 会话s as indicated in their 校园娱乐 门户网站帐户. 失败 to use all 会话s before expiration will result in the forfeiture of the remaining 会话s.

取消: All 会话s must be canceled at least 12 h我们的s before a scheduled appointment. 失败 to do so will result in the loss of y我们的 会话 and participant will be charged. Participant should contact the 教练 directly to cancel a 会话.

后期政策: Trainers are obligated to wait only 10 minutes for no-show participants. 经过10 minutes, participant will be charged as a cancellation. Sessions that start late will 准时结束. If participant will be late, please have the c我们的tesy to contact the 教练. Buddy 会话s with only one participant arriving will be charged for a full 会话.

 

Camp Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted online via 我们的 退款形式.

• A full refund will be granted if requested by three weeks before the start of y我们的 营会话.
• A 75% refund will be granted if requested by two weeks before the start of y我们的 camp 会话.
• A 50% refund will be granted if requested by one week before the start of y我们的 camp 会话.  
• No refunds are granted less than one week before y我们的 营会话.  

填写我们的 退款形式 to request a cancellation and refund. Please see y我们的 会话 receipt for the specific 退款日期. Camp fees cannot be transferred to another 校园娱乐 and 健康 program such as swim lessons or birthday parties. Once a 营会话 begins, there are no refunds or rescheduling.

There is no prorated cost if y我们的 child cannot attend the entire 会话.

Illness, injury, registering for the wrong 会话, family emergencies or other extenuating circumstance that occurs less than one week before the start of y我们的 营会话, and warrants missing the entire camp week (or the entire day for single-day Fall/Winter camps), will receive a 50% refund pending documentation from a third-party provider. 

For single-day Fall/Winter camps: no refunds will be granted if 校园娱乐 and 健康 is notified on the day of camp that y我们的 child will not attend. 

 

父母’ Night Out Refund Policy

• A full refund will be granted if requested by one week before a 父母' Night Out.
• A 50% refund will be granted less than one week before the event.
• No refunds will be granted if requested on the day of the event.

校内退款政策

• 校内的 does not grant refunds for play passes or team fees.
• If a league is canceled, a credit will be applied to the participants’ Imleagues account.
